Hot line for struggle against ecological penalties

The Crimean GAI has opened « a hot line » for struggle against illegal requisitions on roads in which so-called socially-cossack formations and posts of an ecological security trade. These posts impose paid services of the control over a content of polluting substances in exhaust gases of cars and check a technical condition of cars.

Representatives of so-called ecological posts, are covered with fictitious coordination with the State traffic inspectorate, use the clothes similar to the form of workers of GAI, also models of the weapon, measuring instruments of speed, staffs.
All this allows them, on ignorance of drivers, free to stop transport and to impose to automobile owners the services.
